My full name is Segundo Ubaldo Rolón, Senior Executive Director of this company, responsible for providing consulting services, economic-financial advice, lobbying and policy-administrative management advice. As we all know, the Internet is not an adequate medium for conducting serious business since deceptive proposals and fraud abound in the Internet everywhere one looks. Even though it is a wonderful supplementary tool for advertising and communication, it is controlled by a world oligarchy -the enemy of the common man- bent on destroying communities through coordinated actions taken from its primary base in London, England. In my native country, the British who coordinate and lead that oligarchy (consisting of just 360 families around the world and holding more than 90% of the world’s assets and gross world product) have decided to cause chaos by dislodging their former ally and partner from the government of Argentina, Cristina Fernández, who is Nestor Kirchner’s widow and the President of the Republic.

The near future will bring an even greater chaos to Argentina, which has already made its appearance: 50% of the current circulating Argentine pesos (ARS) will disappear, to be followed soon by their disappearance on a worldwide level.

A catastrophe has been set into motion and chaos such as this has never been seen before!

However, large crises or great turmoil might also bring new opportunities! It is better to know in advance what is about to disappear: those who are rich today will have nothing tomorrow. There is no greater accumulation of wealth than putting everyone to work, producing and distributing products from Argentina to neighboring countries, such as livestock, cereal, vegetables, fruits and minerals, among other goods.

Production investments, whatever the amount, are and will be welcome and will have enormous growth potential. I know the solutions by which this can be accomplished.

Argentina is the chosen land and is destined to become a World Food Power, the first food supplier for the world’s people! Our country has the necessary space, climate, soil and labor force; all the fruits of the land can be found in this country, in its rivers, seas, mountains, plains, woods and grasslands. It is the key to providing the food that is needed today to satisfy all those people who today suffer from hunger.

The fruits of this land can be the breadbasket of the world, a lighthouse for all those who now seek and will seek. Consequently, investment in production on a blessed soil like ours is what will yield the greatest profit.

We are presenting what we describe and seek to achieve as the most visible face of all the current needs, but there is a great deal more. The total estimated value to be initially invested in the national order and in the areas mentioned in Annex_ amounts to US$ 20,000,000,000 (twenty thousand million U.S. dollars).

We will start here in Argentina and then offer this opportunity to others in all the other countries throughout the world. Investments are provided only as a suggested guide; you may prefer to choose others.

APPENDIX

The estimated amounts are intended in principle–initially–to satisfy the basic needs of the Argentine population at the present time, added to the demands of the partners and to be agreed upon in advance.

We are presenting an initial draft budget of what is needed here to invest in this land, in order to satisfy the basic needs of the Argentine Nation. For this purpose, the following priorities have been taken into consideration:

1- Suitable land for raising cattle, pigs, poultry and the cultivation of produce crops (fruits and vegetables), making use of the best technology and infrastructure and the labor force needed to achieve agro-industrial production of derivative products (canned goods, dairy products, delicatessen meats, etc.)

2- New land suitable for cereal production and their derivative byproducts (flour, oil, etc.)

3- Wineries for the production of table wine intended for mass consumption of all the grapes grown in this country.

4- New land that now is technically a semi-desert, where aquifers, water upwelling and pure spring drinking can be found, together with the infrastructure needed for the bottling and distribution processes.

5- Purchase and construction of wholesale stores located in key sites throughout the country to supply the population with manufactured products to satisfy their basic needs at fair, stable, and improved prices within a network of retail businesses, thus replacing the current distorted-atrophied and oversized commercial chains.

6- Trucks, as well as other means of transport, including by train, lake and maritime shipping, and air transport, appropriate for achieving the proper logistics and distribution of different products and raw materials, etc., in a timely manner and form.

Truly, Argentina has 55,000,000 inhabitants and, nowadays, the individual consumption of red meat is a third less than it should be. The consumption of pork is very low, just like that of fish; it is necessary to invest in pig nurseries and processing plants, poultry farms, fresh-water trout hatcheries, and fish farming in our sea gulfs and much more.

We want to guarantee that meat consumption for everyone will start at a minimum of 72 kg per person per year –considering white and red meat together – thus balancing the consumption of all available meat and maintaining a good nutritional diet. The total consumption needs for all Argentine families in a year should be 1,320,000 kilograms of each type of meat.

Regarding wine consumption and production, we propose that the population consume one liter (1 liter) of wine per day for a family of 5, thus tripling the present consumption and bringing back the cultivation of drinking good table wine with our meals. Wine consumption for all Argentine families in a year would be 4,015 million liters.

As regards fruits and vegetables, we seek to have a typical family consume two (2) kilos of fruit and two (2) kilos of vegetables a day, which is far from the current reality. In the case of fruit, home consumption is almost inexistent. For this reason, we are stressing the need to reverse this situation, since fruits and vegetables form an essential part of a healthy diet. Fruit consumption for all Argentine families in one year would be 7,920 million kilograms, the same as for vegetables.

As for fresh water, here in Argentina we have abundant reserves of mineral water, spread in underground aquifers throughout the entire national territory. We need more infrastructure and technology to produce bottled mineral water, to supply our own needs first and then later for export to other countries.

A new system of government will come and bring order to this chaos. This new government will have the duty to issue and put a new non-convertible currency into circulation, which will not be a commercial product, will not have a price and, by using it, will generate no interest whatsoever! This will eliminate usury in all its forms!

This will occur simply because it will replace the present and dreadful monetary cycle: moneyàgoods and servicesàmore money, for a more reasonable and just chain of GOODS, WORK-SERVICESàMONEY (NEW CURRENCY) àMANY MORE GOODS AND SERVICES.

It will form the basis of a new complete, organic system of production, manufacturing, distribution and consumption, aimed at peacefully unifying and reuniting those who own the goods and who provide services with those who need them … all of humanity, because those needs are the driver and goal of a true economy.
